Where are your products made?

We manufacture our products in Milton, Ontario

Are your products natural, vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are formulated with natural ingredients and do not contain any animal by-product. 

How do I use your bar?

Wet your hair with water and begin to massage the bar on your scalp and the ends of your hair in a circular motion for good shampooing. Do the same for conditioner bars. Once finished, rinse thoroughly.

It is important to let shampoo, conditioner and soap bars dry out after being used. This will allow it to last longer. 

How long does a bar last?

Shampoo and conditioners can last you for a very long time depending on use and care. This could be for more than three months.

Why should I switch to a concentrated bar?

 Not only are you helping reduce the amount of plastic being used in our environment but it is also much better for your skin and hair. Our products are formulated using high-quality ingredients that provide amazing benefits for the body. It leave your hair and skin feeling stronger and much healthier. They will last a lot longer than regular bottles.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States. 

How do you package your orders?

We ship from Milton, ON with compostable packaging including cardboard boxes and crinkle paper. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

Currently we ship with Canada Post.

When will my order be shipped out?

We process orders within 1-2 business days after order is placed and confirmed. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Canada: 2-10 business days

US: 6-10 business days

All packages will be tracked except for orders fulfilled with Small Packet Air shipping option for American shoppers.
